We have partnered with local believers and ministries to focus on evangelism, discipleship, and multiplication -- raising up followers of Jesus who live on mission in everyday life. We have:
- Preached the Gospel throughout Albania and neighboring regions
- Helped establish a thriving house church as a discipleship hub
- Trained believers in practical evangelism and Biblical foundations
- Partnered with ministries to strengthen teaching and outreach efforts
There is more to be done.
Across Albania and the Balkans, the Gospel is often rarely heard or poorly understood. many regions are shaped by secularism, religious tradition without true discipleship, or spiritual apathy. There is significant need for grounded teaching, intentional discipleship, and strong local churches that can sustain and multiply the Gospel.
We believe this is just the beginning.
The heart of this initiative is to raise up Albanian and Balkan believers who are equipped, trained, and sent into the nations.
Our vision is to grow from a mission field to a missionary sending base.
This includes:
- Planting churches and training hubs
- Developing discipleship systems that multiply leaders
- Equipping house church movements
- Supporting regional evangelism
- Training and sending full-time missionaries
- Building sustainable funding mechanisms through business initiatives
We believe this region is uniquely positioned for missionary impact because Balkan believers often have:
- Greater cultural access into difficult regions
- Lower financial requirements than Western missionaries
- Strong relational and linguistic adaptability
- A willingness to go where others cannot
Our long-term goal is not simply to sustain ministry in Albania, but to create a multiplying missionary movement that continually sends laborers outward.
Strategic Shift: Presence-Based Ministry → Multiplication-Based Ministry
What is happening in Albania is not simply the growth of one ministry in one nation. We believe God is establishing a strategic missionary sending base in the Balkans - one that can impact Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond for generations to come. For years, Albania has been viewed primarily as a mission field. Our vision is different. We believe Albania and the surrounding Balkan nations can become a launching point for missionaries who will carry the Gospel into unreached and spiritually resistant regions of the world.
This project is designed around multiplication, sustainability, and indigenous leadership. Rather than building a large centralized organization dependent on foreign workers, we are investing into local leaders, reproducible discipleship systems, and long-term missionary sending pipelines.
The operational model is intentionally shifting from direct on-ground oversight to local ownership and scalable systems.
This transition includes:
- Empowering Albanian leaders to lead locally
- Building reproducible discipleship structures
- Training leaders both in-person and remotely
- Investing into sustainable mission funding
- Expanding from one nation into multiple regions
This approach dramatically lowers infrastructure costs while increasing long-term scalability and multiplication potential.
Instead of dependency on foreign missionaries, the focus becomes:
- Indigenous leadership
- Reproducible training
- Sustainable sending
- Regional expansion
We are not carrying out this work alone.
We have partnered with Loving Hearts Social Services Society in India to help bring several of these projects to completion. This reflects an important truth: the body of Christ is called to work together in unity to accomplish greater purposes.
The mission to "make disciples of all nations" cannot be fulfilled in isolation. It requires collaboration, shared vision, and mutual support. This is the approach we have taken, and it is one we are committed to strengthening moving forward.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking to build additional partnerships with ministries and businesses. By working together, we can expand these efforts, increase their impact, and more effectively serve as faithful stewards of God's Kingdom.
